AppSource Private Offers

When you purchase a license on AppSource, the transaction is handled entirely by Microsoft: the invoice is issued by Microsoft and the payment is made to Microsoft, which generally accepts credit cards only. OKVIZ is not part of the transaction and cannot issue an invoice or accept a payment for a purchase made on AppSource.

This is particularly relevant for Synoptic Panel Lite: because it is a certified visual, it is available exclusively through AppSource Licensing and cannot be purchased from the OKVIZ website.

If your organization requires an invoice issued by OKVIZ, the standard option is to purchase through OKVIZ Licensing on our website. Keep in mind that visuals licensed by OKVIZ cannot be certified by Microsoft.

Private Offers for Enterprise Agreements

For large enterprise volumes, OKVIZ can arrange a private offer: a custom agreement that results in the visual being downloaded from AppSource — therefore certified — and fully licensed, while invoicing is handled directly with OKVIZ.

Eligibility

Creating and managing a private offer is a complex and time-consuming process that involves manual work on both sides. For this reason, private offers are reserved for enterprise agreements that meet a minimum contract value, and are evaluated case by case at OKVIZ’s discretion. They are not available for standard or small-volume purchases.

If your purchase does not qualify for a private offer, you can:

  • Purchase on AppSource with the standard checkout (invoicing and payment managed by Microsoft).
  • Purchase through the OKVIZ website (invoice issued by OKVIZ, but the visual is not certified).

If your organization is planning an enterprise agreement and wants to explore this option, please contact our administrative support team.
