Specifies the color of the text for the data labels. This option is only visible if the Use data color option is not set to Background, Background & Border, Border & Text or Text. In these cases the text color will automatically be assigned according to the color of the related bar or the best choice of visibility compared to the label background.

This option is not controllable through a Report Theme.
